Adrian Kadue

In August 2019, the torch was passed to Adrian Kadue to lead Quality Manufacturing and prepare the company to further innovate the sign industry. As a third-generation business owner, Adrian has strong ties to his grandfather’s entrepreneurial spirit. Adrian’s grandfather Arnold Kadue founded Precision Associates Inc. (PAI) in Minneapolis, MN over sixty-five years ago and today the business continues to manufacture top quality precision rubber products and employs over 200 people. Adrian started work in public accounting before moving into a retail consulting role for ten years with Connolly Consulting. In 2009, Adrian followed his passion for manufacturing at Precision Associates Inc. as the Vice President of Development where he spearheaded product and business development for the energy, aerospace, and healthcare sectors. Adrian was promoted to President of Martin Machining Inc. (MMI) and oversaw the manufacturing of precision metal and plastic components. In 2016, MMI was acquired by Sil-Pro, LLC. and Adrian divested himself from Sil-Pro, LLC. in June 2017 to acquire Albrecht Sign Company and Redwood Signs in 2018. Adrian has brought a passion for lean manufacturing, technological design, and continuous improvement to the sign industry. Adrian’s interests outside of business include golf, hockey, baseball, boating and his family. Adrian has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business.
