Jack is a talented graphic designer with valuable experience also as a fabricator and installer in the sign industry for more than 10 years. Jack’s team of graphic artists provide clients with a variety of designs and illustrations including: vector, typography, and 3D modeling. Jack has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Multi Media from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Ron Kadue has worked in the machining industry for the past 25 years including 10 years in the medical device industry. Ron manages the shop at Quality Manufacturing and is responsible for meeting client’s expectations while upholding Quality’s fabrication standards. Ron’s start in machining began at Standard Machine Mold Company which is a subsidiary of Precision Associates Inc. (PAI) founded by his grandfather Arnold Kadue. After 14 years at Standard Machine Mold Company, Ron moved into Sales Engineering for Precision Associates Inc. Ron later moved on to work as a CNC Machinist for Martin Machining Inc. (MMI) and Integer. Ron has completed training in machine trade technology and CAD-CAM software from Dunwoody College of Technology and Hennepin Technical College. Ron enjoys spending his free time fishing, watching baseball, playing BINGO with friends and family and enjoying a good game of cards.
Ken leads the team with his vast experience as a master sign fabricator. From complex metal fabrication to intricate channel letters; Ken’s experience is significant in leading our team. Ken’s history of fine craftsmanship and leadership is highly respected by partners in the sign industry.
Anne Kadue oversees the daily business operations, human resources, and marketing for Quality Manufacturing. Anne has served as a Director of Government & Commercial Acquisitions and as a District Sales Manager (DSM) for corporate retailers including Dayton’s, Marshall Fields, Macy’s & The Limited Brands, Inc. Anne is highly skilled in developing dynamic relationships with executives to small business owners. Anne strives to ensure that our team members are safe, supported and successful. Holding undergraduate credentials from St. Cloud State University and a Master’s degree from Luther Seminary, Anne has also served in ministry in the Twin Cities and as a former chaplain to the Minnesota Senate. Anne currently is a Reserve Lt. Chaplain Candidate in the United States Navy. Anne enjoys spending her free time in the great outdoors with her husband Adrian and their six children.
In August 2019, the torch was passed to Adrian Kadue to lead Quality Manufacturing and prepare the company to further innovate the sign industry. As a third-generation business owner, Adrian has strong ties to his grandfather’s entrepreneurial spirit. Adrian’s grandfather Arnold Kadue founded Precision Associates Inc. (PAI) in Minneapolis, MN over sixty-five years ago and today the business continues to manufacture top quality precision rubber products and employs over 200 people. Adrian started work in public accounting before moving into a retail consulting role for ten years with Connolly Consulting. In 2009, Adrian followed his passion for manufacturing at Precision Associates Inc. as the Vice President of Development where he spearheaded product and business development for the energy, aerospace, and healthcare sectors. Adrian was promoted to President of Martin Machining Inc. (MMI) and oversaw the manufacturing of precision metal and plastic components. In 2016, MMI was acquired by Sil-Pro, LLC. and Adrian divested himself from Sil-Pro, LLC. in June 2017 to acquire Albrecht Sign Company and Redwood Signs in 2018. Adrian has brought a passion for lean manufacturing, technological design, and continuous improvement to the sign industry. Adrian’s interests outside of business include golf, hockey, baseball, boating and his family. Adrian has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business.
